The owners of this guesthouse are lovely and extremely welcoming, however that\'s about the only possitive comment i can make. It\'s incredibly dated and in need of an extreme make-over. O

i stayed there alone as i was attending an event in liverpool .what a fabulously friendly place , i was well looked after and the breakfast was soooo good .
